A: Simply click on the Jobseeker Tab on the Home Page, select your ad type, and follow the simple 5 step process. Once you have completed registration and payment and Created your Ad, we will send you confirmation of those details via email immediately.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: You have three different ad options outlined in Jobseekers Sell Yourself . Basic AD FREE. Premium Ad $50. Front Page Feature Ad $100.
Q: How long will my Ad appear for?
A: Your ad will remain live and active on employshop™ indefinitely, provided you logon and revise your ad at least once every 30 days.
Q: Why should I pay to find a job?
A: At employshop™ we believe this is what will give you that much needed Competitive Advantage. Employers/Recruiters will choose to search employshop™ FIRST, knowing all candidates listed are SERIOUS jobseekers who have INVESTED in their future and who have taken a PROACTIVE step in their career advancement. Q: What are the accepted forms of payment?
A: Credit Card, Money Order or Bank Cheque. Paymate is the chosen secure payment facility proudly used at employshop™.
Q: What will happen when an employer/recruiter is interested in me?
A: Once an employer/recruiter has decided to contact you, they will either call you (if you have chosen to disclose a contact number) or send an email which comes to you via employshop™. Their details will be obvious to you, whilst your email address will remain confidential to the interested party. It is then your choice to accept or decline any further contact with that interested party. It is, however, in your best interest to respond at your soonest convenience to any expressed interest.
Q: Will my details remain anonymous if I need them to be?
A: All Ads placed on employshop™ will be given an automatically generated Ad Id # rather than be identified by a name. The only details which will be exposed will be those you have revealed in your Ad. Your email address however, will remain confidential on first contact by an interested party, as correspondence will be via employshop™. It will be your choice to provide a contact Phone Number in your Created Ad.
Q: I have accepted employment from an interested employer! What next?
A: Congratulations! We are glad to have helped. But now it is totally up to you, whether your Ad remains live and active or you choose to remove it. If you decide to leave your Ad live, normal conditions apply i.e. provided you revise your Ad at least once every 30 days, it will remain live.

By having to pay to post their own Ad…in order to SELL YOURSELF… candidates are more likely to be more truthful and realistic in creating their profile. They are SERIOUS. They want results. Q: How do I search?
A: Simply enter the job details into the search engine on the Home Page and away you go. Results matching the criteria you have entered will be listed in a short Ad format. You then can select and compare a number of candidates or click directly on the candidates full Ad. Within a matter of minutes, you have the ability to have created a shortlist for the position or possibly even find the ideal candidate.
Q: I have selected a candidate I am interested in, what next?
A: Once you have clicked onto a candidates Ad, you will find at the bottom of the Ad a Contact option. Once selected, you will be able to either contact them by phone (if disclosed), or send an email which will be forwarded via employshop™. Any correspondence beyond this point is at the discretion of the parties involved.
